The staff at the hotel were fantastic and extremely helpful during our stay. They took great care of our luggage when we went on a trip outside, and even checked us in at 4 am when we returned. It was a relief to have such reliable and accommodating staff.
One downside to the hotel was the distance from the main tourist area. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from all the action, which may not be ideal for those who prefer to be in the thick of things.

The Riad Zenithya in Marrakesh is a charming and traditional accommodation, perfectly situated in the bustling Médina. The facilities are authentic, the breakfasts delicious, and the rooftop area is a fantastic place to relax. The staff, including the friendly host/housekeeper, provide excellent hospitality and make you feel at home. The location is convenient, being close to the taxi square and bus station, and within walking distance of the Médina and souks.
Nothing bad to say.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - very near the bus station and not too far from the main square. It was great to be able to easily explore the city's tourist sites. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a good bathroom and basic amenities provided. The breakfast served was delicious and a great way to start the day.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Riad Zenithya is a hidden gem in the heart of the bustling medina. The hotel's central location makes it the perfect base to explore all the tourist sites. The staff at this hotel are exceptional, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The attention to detail in the hotel's decor adds a touch of charm to the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and plentiful, providing a perfect start to the day.
The only small area for improvement would be the soundproofing of the rooms, although this was not an issue for us during our stay.

It's located in a prime location, just a short walk away from both Jamaa El Fna square and the vibrant Majorelle Gardens. We had the best time exploring the bustling square, trying out local street food, and immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere. And when we wanted to relax, the serene gardens were just a stone's throw away. The staff at Riad Zenithya were super cool and made us feel right at home. They were always ready with recommendations for exciting activities and places to visit. The free Wi-Fi was a huge plus, allowing us to share our awesome adventures with our friends back home. it was the perfect spot for an epic vacation!
The only thing we could ask for was a bit more nightlife nearby. Being teenagers who love to party, we wished there were more clubs or bars in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel had great food and an awesome rooftop with a beautiful view. The beds were really comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions to navigate the surrounding area.
It was a bit difficult to find at first, as it was located on a small street tucked away from the main road. Additionally, the neighborhood wasn't the nicest, but this was expected since it was located in the heart of the city.
